Internships.

We are now offering internships of twelve weeks duration, aimed at facilitating a "hands-on" permaculture experience.

Projects covered will include resource procurement,compost making, propagation, animal husbandary, mandala market gardening.

Experiences might also include milking cows, natural building methods, food forrests, chicken tractors, bees and biodynamics.

The cost includes 1hour tuition 5 mornings a week, meals (vegetarian), and any workshops held while you are here. You would also be involved with the Community Supported agriculture (CSA) and food preparation/preserving that we do - cheese making, yoghurt making, preserving, jams and bread making.

You must have completed your Permaculture Design Course (PDC) and you can arrange to do that here prior to the internship, or show proof of having completed elsewhere.

The cost is $4,200 - ($350/week) with a $420 non refundable deposit and the balance ($3780) due one week prior to arrival.

The internship involves attendance for 8 hours a day 5days a week and all meals are vegetarian and mostly organic/biodynamic.
