A hands-on course held in a Linda Woodrow style Mandala Garden.

Design your future and live more sustainably with help from Permaculture. This extensive 72 Hour course is world recognised as a starting point to Permaculture Design.

We will cover Ethics and Principles, the Ecology, Design Methods, Climates and microclimates,Soils and Water, Earth works, Plants, Forests and windbreaks, Site analysis, Zones and Sector analysis, Integrated Pest Management,And much more. We will endeavor to cover things you ask for too.

It may well be the launching pad to a sustainable future for you and your family.

The course will be held in the Mandala market garden on our Permaculture Property in the Hunter Valley. The farm offers many and varied examples of Permaculture in action. So whether you have a balcony, backyard, small acreage or larger property we can help you get your design underway.

The course runs mainly on weekends. It was designed to suit working people who can not get the time for the intensive 11 days straight, all are welcome. If this schedule doesn't suit then you can choose either the weekends in spring 2012 or intensive in October 2011.
