Learn with us to preserve food from your garden or bought cheap in season and kept until needed.The art of preserving is disappearing and may prove vital as energy decent slows food distrubition.

The 1 day workshop will cover the basics of preserving with acid, low acid, drying andother methods. We will endeavor  to cover things you  ask for too.

It may well be the launching pad to a sustainable future for you and your family.
